1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EPIFANI you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What EPIFANI is

EPIFANI is an informational and research platform that provides AI-driven sports analysis and statistical signals. It is not a betting operator, does not accept wagers, and does not handle real money. Any "bankroll" or balance in the product is a virtual, self-tracking tool only.

Predictions are probabilistic research outputs. They are not advice and do not guarantee any outcome or profit.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use EPIFANI.

4. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.
• We may suspend or disable accounts that breach these terms or pose a security risk.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data except as expressly permitted.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit the service without permission.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its content, models, branding and design, is owned by EPIFANI or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose.

7. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that predictions will be correct or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPIFANI is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any prediction or information — including, without limitation, any betting or financial decisions you make. Such decisions are made at your own risk and are entirely your responsibility.

9. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in) and Telegram (notifications). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms or where required by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of test, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
