1. Who is responsible for your data

EPIFANI is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy request — access, correction, deletion or a complaint — contact us at test@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: your username, a securely hashed password, and — if you sign in with Google — your email address and Google account identifier.
• Activity data: predictions you star or track, your virtual bankroll settings (balance, profit/loss), and optional Telegram notification settings you provide.
• Technical data: cookies, device and browser information, and analytics about how you use the site.

3. How we use your data

• To create and operate your account and keep it secure.
• To provide the core service — showing, saving and settling the predictions you track.
• To send notifications you have opted into.
• To understand and improve how the site is used (analytics).
• To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents.

4. Legal bases

We process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (running your account); your consent (analytics cookies, optional notifications); and our legitimate interests (security, preventing abuse and improving the service).

5. Cookies and analytics

6. Who we share data with

• Google, where you choose to sign in with Google (authentication).
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Telegram, only if you choose to connect Telegram notifications.
• We never sell your personal data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data and associated records (saved predictions, settings, feedback) except where we must retain limited information to meet a legal obligation.

8. Your rights

• Access a copy of your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and data — you can do this yourself in Settings, or by contacting us.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

9. Security

Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt, and accounts are protected against brute-force attempts with automatic lockouts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

10. Minors

EPIFANI is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you.
